El terreno donde tengamos pensado iniciar un cultivo de
trufa negra debe reunir varios requisitos. Uno de ellos y muy importante es la
altura sobre el nivel del mar. Se aconseja que esté por encima de 600 metros
pero no más arriba de 1200 - 1300 metros. La temperatura media y las
precipitaciones medias anuales de estas zonas son donde crecen en estado
natural. Siempre que busquemos un terreno para iniciar un cultivo debemos
empezar por este requisito.
Eso no es todo, además será necesario analizar el suelo para
ver si es el adecuado.
Preferiblemente se utilizan terrenos que han estado
sembrados de cereal, viñedos, almendros o frutales. En los terrenos perdidos
que ya se han poblado de pinos y otros árboles y arbustos portadores de otros
hongos, es necesario llevar a cabo unas labores previas y por lo menos una
siembra de cereal antes de iniciar el cultivo.
En la Sierra de Enguera tenemos la gran suerte de tener
muchas zonas aptas para el cultivo de este preciado Hongo. De todas maneras si
usted está interesado, sólo tiene que ponerse en contacto con nosotros para

de un terreno adecuado.

Hemos llevado a cabo plantaciones en muchas fincas tanto de
la zona de Enguera como otras que han resultado aptas. Aquí en la imagen os
dejo una de las mayores plantaciones realizadas por nosotros el pasado
invierno. En este caso fueron 6000 Encinas en la zona de Alcoy.
